The Front Cover
Make it the centerpiece
The front cover is the main focus of your binder and where your design can make the biggest statement. Build it around your favorite Pokémon, character, card, set, or collection with custom artwork created to fit the binder.
Whether you have a specific image in mind or just an idea you want us to bring to life, we'll work with your inspiration to create a front cover that's uniquely yours.
The Back Cover
Complete the design
The back cover gives us another full canvas to expand your idea. Continue the artwork from the front, feature another character or scene, add patterns and supporting elements, or take the design in a completely different direction.
We'll design the back to complement the rest of your binder while giving it enough detail and personality to stand on its own.
The Spine
Make it stand out on the shelf
Your binder shouldn't lose its identity when it's sitting on a shelf. Customize the spine with names, titles, symbols, artwork, or other design elements that tie it into the rest of your binder.
From something clean and simple to a design that continues from the covers, we'll make the spine feel like an intentional part of the finished binder.

How does the custom design process work?
Start by filling out our binder form and telling us about your collection, your ideas, and what you'd like on the front cover, back cover, and spine. You can also upload reference images and inspiration. We'll use everything you provide to create a custom design and send you proofs for approval before anything is engraved.
How many design revisions are included?
Your order includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions. You'll have the opportunity to review your proofs and request changes before approving the final design for production. Additional revisions will come at a small extra charge.
Do I need to have artwork ready?
No. You can come to us with finished artwork, reference images, a rough idea, or simply a vision for what you want. The more inspiration you provide, the better we can understand the direction you're looking for.
What parts of the binder can I customize?
Every Card Ark binder can be customized on the front cover, back cover, and spine. Each area can have its own design or work together as one cohesive theme.
What happens if my binder is damaged or there's a problem with my order?
Every Card Ark binder is inspected before it leaves us. If your binder is damaged by us during production, we'll replace it at no additional cost.
If your binder is damaged during shipping, you'll need to file a claim through the shipping carrier using the shipment's insurance. We'll provide any information we can to help with the claim.
Damage that occurs after delivery due to use, handling, accidents, or improper care is not covered by Card Ark.
What kind of binders do you use?
We use new Vault X zip binders as the base for every custom Card.Ark binder. They're available in several sizes and colors, so you can choose the option that works best for your collection and vision.
How long does it take to receive my binder?
Most Card Ark binders are completed and shipped within 2–3 weeks after your final invoice is paid. Turnaround times may vary depending on current order volume, Vault X binder availability, and the complexity of your design. We'll keep you updated throughout the process if anything affects your estimated timeline.
Will I see the design before my binder is engraved?
Absolutely. We won't engrave your binder until you've reviewed and approved the final design proof.

Shipping is a flat $10 within the United States. Once your binder is finished, we'll carefully package it and send you tracking information when it ships.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes. You can make changes to your order or cancel for a refund at any time before approving your final design proofs.
Once you approve your final proofs, your order becomes final and moves into production. At that point, no further changes, cancellations, or refunds can be made.
